Purchasing property in Bendinat

Bendinat is one of the most sought-after (and unfortunately most expensive) residential areas on Mallorca. In recent decades in the area surrounding the ‘royal golf course’, exclusive real estate comprising apartment residences and villas has arisen. With its head office in Santa Ponsa, Minkner & Bonitz also manages the real estate offers in Bendinat and neighbouring C’as Catala, and is one of the leading providers in this region.
