Mediterranean villa with panoramic sea views in a quiet residential area

Situated on a hillside plot in a peaceful villa setting above the bay of Santa Ponça, this modernised two-storey villa offers a garage and beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding Mediterranean landscape. Costa de la Calma is located between Santa Ponça and Peguera and is characterised by a tranquil residential setting, predominantly made up of villas and private homes. At the same time, the area offers excellent access to the infrastructure of southwest Mallorca. Shops, restaurants, cafés and other amenities can be found nearby, while the centre of Santa Ponça, with its wide range of services and facilities, is also within easy reach.

The villa combines Mediterranean charm with contemporary comfort. The ground floor features the characteristic architecture of the region and is complemented by a beautifully maintained outdoor area. The upper floor was comprehensively renovated in 2022 and comprises a spacious master suite with an impressive sea-view terrace, as well as three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

Air conditioning, a fireplace and an efficient underfloor heating system powered by an air-source heat pump ensure year-round comfort. The combination of Mediterranean elements and modern building technology creates a welcoming and comfortable living environment in every season.

One of the property’s particular highlights is its generous outdoor area with extensive terraces, offering both covered and open-air spaces. The swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area and is surrounded by Mediterranean landscaping, palm trees and beautifully maintained seating and sunbathing areas. Natural stone walls, the traditional staircase and warm terracotta surfaces emphasise the villa’s authentic Mallorcan character.
