Mediterranean new-build project in 2nd sea line

This project offers a rare opportunity to combine modern living comfort with the natural beauty of Mallorca, in one of the island’s most charming and unspoiled locations. Nestled between the majestic Tramuntana mountains and the sea, a mediterranean residential development is being built in the picturesque coastal town of Sant Elm, scheduled for completion by summer 2026. Just around 100 meters from a small bay, a modern residential complex with a total of 20 high-quality apartments and penthouses is taking shape. The development combines timeless architecture with traditional island character. Spacious communal areas with outdoor pools, including a children’s pool, offer relaxed outdoor living. Parking spaces for cars are also planned.

The apartments feature three bedrooms and provide a harmonious blend of functionality and comfort. The southeast-facing living areas are flooded with light, creating a sense of openness and ease, perfectly in line with the Mallorcan lifestyle.

Inside, modern technology awaits: An air-source heat pump with split system, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and energy-efficient hot water supply ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen leads directly into a private garden. Depending on the unit, an additional private rooftop terrace with beautiful panoramic views is also available.

The location itself is considered a hidden gem in Mallorca: Sant Elm has preserved its authenticity and enchants with a peaceful atmosphere, small sandy beaches, a car-free promenade, as well as excellent restaurants and charming cafés. The well-known town of Andratx is just a few minutes away by car.
